Designed to keep
everything in check

A solid, double-layered clipboard that partners linden wood with linoleum, a resilient flooring material. The attractive colors and soft feel of linoleum invite a tactile experience. We created two reversed versions for visual as well textural interest: the Front series presents linoleum as a writing surface, while the Back series shows off its decorative charm. From the cutting of the boards to the lamination and clip attachment, the design is meticulously brought to life at a Japanese woodworking factory.

床材として知られるリノリウムとシナ材を二層にした重厚感のあるクリップボード。リノリウムの持つ柔らかさや弾力、そして綺麗な色と質感。触感と見た目をどちらも楽しめるよう、表面に貼ったものと裏面に貼ったものをつくりました。Front シリーズはリノリウムを下敷きとして、Back シリーズは見せる面として、好みに合わせて選べます。リノリウム貼りからシナ材の切り出し、クリップづけまで、すべて日本の木工所で丁寧につくっています。
